Tri (2,3-dichloorpropyl) fosfaat (TDCPP), dit product heeft een hoge efficiëntie vlamvertrager, lage vluchtigheid, hoge thermische stabiliteit, waterbestendigheid, alkalisch bestand, stabiel oplosbaar in ethanol,Chloorform en andere organische oplosmiddelen, onoplosbaar in alifatische koolwaterstoffen.Veel gebruikt in onverzadigde harsen, polyurethaanfoom, epoxyhars, fenolhars, rubber, PVC, synthetische vezels en andere kunststofmaterialen, kan worden gebruikt als emulgator en explosiebestendige stof.
