Tris(2-chloroethyl)phosphate, referred to as TCEP. It is an organic phosphorus halogen compound flame retardant with good hydrolytic stability, insoluble in water, and soluble in ethanol, acetone, lipids, aromatic hydrocarbons, chloroform and other organic solvents . Has good UV resistance.

Application
Widely used in materials such as soft and rigid polyurethane foam, polyvinyl chloride, polyvinyl acetate, phenolic resin and epoxy resin. It can be used directly or made into emulsion for carpets and raincoats. Fabric finishing, rubber products, etc., can also be used as an additive for fire retardant coatings.
