Product description:
AFZ is a new type of phosphorus and nitrogen organophosphate ester flame retardant, which has the characteristics of environmental protection and high efficiency. It can be widely used in the flame retardant treatment and processing of cellulose fiber, polyester fiber, acrylic fiber, and wool. It has the characteristics of low moisture absorption and good hand feel of flame retardant fabric.
Application process:
1. Application formula
Dosage for polyester: 60-200 g/L
Dosage for cotton and polyester cotton: 100-400 g/L
2. Process flow
Padding (padding rate 75%-100%) - drying
It can also be applied to fabrics by spraying and then dried or air-dried.
