P-N flame retardant master batch
1. Product introduction:
FR6000M is a new type of flame retardant masterbatch. The main effective substance is reactive environmentally friendly P, N, Br composite flame retardants. The product is mainly designed for flame retardant modification of homopolymer PP. Compared with traditional brominated flame retardants (decabromodiphenyl ether, tetrabromobisphenol A, octabromodiphenyl ether, octabromodis S ether, TBC, etc.), the addition amount is less, the flame retardant effect is good, and no trioxide is needed. Diantimony has low bromine content (almost close to halogen-free requirements in modified products) and can be added for filling. At the same time, this flame retardant also has excellent processing thermal stability, no precipitation, water resistance, light aging resistance, non-toxicity, and no side reactions with masterbatch and other additives.
The product can be directly used in injection molding, extrusion and other processes.
